Automotive-Grade Fabrication for Electrified Vehicles
Automotive electronics combine harsh temperatures, vibration, high switching currents and shrinking control units. An automotive PCB manufacturer has to deliver more than a working board — it has to prove that the board was made consistently, with controlled materials and records that survive supplier audits.
From automotive PCB prototypes for new programs to repeat low volume production, we fabricate boards across rigid, HDI, rigid-flex and metal core technologies, with heavy copper construction for EV power electronics.
- IATF 16949:2016 certified fabrication
- Heavy copper up to 6 oz for BMS and power boards
- HDI with 0.35 mm pitch BGA for ADAS modules
- Prototype to production on the same process flow

From Automotive PCB Prototypes to Production
One supplier and one process flow through the entire qualification journey.
Automotive PCB Prototypes
First articles and A/B sample builds with DFM feedback, typically from a few boards and fast turnaround.
Validation Small Batches
Consistent small batches for bench validation, environmental testing and supplier qualification.
Low Volume Production
Repeatable production builds with retained process and inspection records for traceability.
Prototype and validation quantities start from a single board through our low volume PCB assembly service, with no MOQ.
Quality Controls Built for Audits
Documented processes and retained evidence across fabrication and assembly.
IATF 16949 Certified Fabrication
PCB production is certified to IATF 16949:2016 (certificate RA02-0702/2023), verified through the official IATF database.
DFM & Incoming Inspection
Every design receives manufacturability review; incoming laminates and consumables are inspected against specifications.
In-Process Verification
SPI and AOI on assembly, controlled reflow profiles, cross-section and microsection support on request.
Records & Traceability
Material lots, process parameters and electrical test results are recorded and available for customer audits.

Automotive PCB FAQ
Certification, fabrication and prototype questions answered.
Yes. Our printed circuit board production is certified to IATF 16949:2016 under certificate number RA02-0702/2023 (IATF number 0491945), issued by AENOR and valid through December 14, 2026. The certified scope is production of printed circuit boards. The certificate can be verified independently through the official IATF certificate database.
Yes. Automotive PCB prototypes start from a few boards with fast turnaround, DFM review and the same material and process controls used in production. This lets qualification teams test representative boards rather than samples made on a different process.
Yes. Base copper weights up to 6 oz are supported for power distribution, battery management systems, on-board chargers and inverter controls. We also fabricate aluminum and copper metal core boards for thermal management, and can advise on stack-up during DFM review.
Multilayer rigid boards up to 24 layers, HDI with laser microvias and 0.35 mm pitch BGA, rigid-flex, metal core (IMS) boards, controlled impedance to ±8%, high-Tg and halogen-free materials, and finishes including lead-free HASL and ENIG.
There is no MOQ for prototype and small batch work — orders can start from one board, which suits automotive PCB prototypes and validation builds. Low volume and repeat production orders are handled with the same quality records and traceability.
Fabrication is the IATF 16949 certified scope, and we additionally provide SMT, THT and mixed PCB assembly with SPI, AOI, X-Ray and functional test. For customer-specific assembly requirements, confirm the documentation and qualification needs in your RFQ so we can agree them in writing.
Prototype boards can be produced on quick-turn schedules, standard fabricated boards typically within several business days, and assembly within 2–5 business days depending on component availability. Exact lead times are confirmed per project in the quote.
Yes. Certificates of conformity, electrical test reports, material declarations, finish information and inspection records are available on request and can be aligned with your supplier-quality documentation package.
