Turnkey PCB Assembly
One-stop PCBA from bare board fabrication to component sourcing and full assembly — under one roof, one quality system, one point of accountability. Prototype to production, no MOQ.
One Supplier. One Accountability Point.
Turnkey PCB assembly means the same supplier fabricates your bare boards, sources your components and assembles the finished PCBA. When something matters — a reflow profile, a suspect component lot, a pad alignment issue — there is no finger-pointing between a board house, a broker and an assembler. One team owns the entire process.
That also means no transit delay between fabrication and assembly. Boards come off the line and go straight to SMT — shaving days off the lead time that separate-supplier models cannot match.
- Fabrication + sourcing + assembly in one quote
- Authorized-distributor components with lot traceability
- BOM cross-reference for availability and EOL before purchase
- Single inspection standard across fab and assembly

What's Included in One-Stop PCBA
Four stages, one supplier, one quality record from start to finish.
PCB Fabrication
Bare boards manufactured in-house — FR-4, HDI, flex, rigid-flex, metal core and high-frequency, ready for immediate assembly.
Component Sourcing
Components procured from authorized distributors with full traceability, including cut-tape quantities for small batches.
SMT & THT Assembly
Nitrogen reflow, wave and selective soldering. SMT from 01005, BGA from 0.35 mm pitch, through-hole for connectors and power parts.
Inspection & Test
SPI, AOI and X-Ray on every build. Flying probe and functional test available — all under one quality system.
Turnkey vs Consigned vs Partial
Three engagement models — choose based on who holds inventory and risk.
| Feature | Turnkey | Consigned (Full Kit) | Partial Turnkey |
|---|---|---|---|
| PCB Fabrication | Included — in-house | Customer supplied | Included or supplied |
| Component Sourcing | Full — authorized distributors | Customer supplied (full kit) | Shared — we source hard-to-find parts |
| Assembly | Full SMT + THT | Full SMT + THT | Full SMT + THT |
| Inventory Risk | We hold component inventory | Customer holds inventory | Shared |
| Lead Time | Shortest — no transit between suppliers | Depends on kit arrival | Moderate |
| Traceability | Full lot records from fab to ship | Assembly records only | Full for sourced items |
Turnkey Assembly Capabilities
| Parameter | Capability |
|---|---|
| Service Model | Full turnkey, consigned, or partial (mixed) turnkey |
| Board Technologies | FR-4, HDI, Flex, Rigid-Flex, Metal Core (IMS), High-Frequency, Hybrid |
| Assembly Types | SMT, THT and mixed technology; single- and double-sided |
| Smallest Component | 01005 (0.4 × 0.2 mm) |
| Fine-Pitch & BGA | QFN, QFP, LGA, BGA down to 0.35 mm pitch |
| Component Sourcing | Authorized distributors (DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, LCSC); cut-tape and full reel |
| Inspection | SPI, AOI, X-Ray, flying probe and functional test |
| Lead Time | 24 hours (prototype); 2–5 days (standard); 7–15 days (volume) |
Why Choose Our Turnkey Service
True One-Stop PCBA
Turnkey PCB assembly means fabrication, component sourcing and assembly all happen under one quality system — no finger-pointing between suppliers when something matters.
Authorized Distributor Sourcing
Components come from authorized channels with traceable lot records. Counterfeit mitigation through incoming inspection and supplier qualification is standard.
BOM Cross-Referencing
Our engineers review your BOM for availability, lifecycle status (NRND/EOL) and substitution suggestions before committing to a purchase — avoiding mid-build surprises.
Scale Without Changing Supplier
Start with a turnkey prototype, scale to low volume production, then volume — all on the same lines, with the same documentation and traceability standards.
How Turnkey Ordering Works
From BOM upload to shipped PCBA — one quote, one supplier.
Upload BOM & Files
Send Gerber/ODB++, BOM with part numbers, and pick-and-place data.
BOM Review & Quote
We check component availability, flag NRND/EOL parts, and quote with confirmed lead time.
Approve & Build
Approve the quote — we procure components, fabricate boards and begin assembly.
Inspect & Ship
Boards pass AOI/X-Ray inspection and ship worldwide via DHL, UPS or FedEx.
Related Services & Industries
Turnkey programs often combine with these services for regulated or expedited builds.

Turnkey PCB Assembly FAQ
Common questions about one-stop PCBA, sourcing and engagement models.
Turnkey PCB assembly is a one-stop PCBA service where a single supplier handles everything: bare board fabrication, component procurement from authorized distributors, and full SMT/THT assembly with inspection. The customer provides design files (Gerber, BOM, pick-and-place) and receives finished, inspected boards — no need to source components separately or coordinate between fabrication and assembly suppliers.
In turnkey PCB assembly, we source both the bare boards and all components, and perform assembly. In consigned (also called full-kit) assembly, the customer supplies both the boards and components, and we only provide assembly labor. Partial turnkey is a hybrid — we fabricate boards and source some components while the customer supplies others. Turnkey offers the shortest lead time because there is no transit between suppliers, and we hold the inventory risk.
Yes. Our PCB fabrication is IATF 16949 certified, making us qualified as a turnkey PCBA supplier for automotive electronics. From automotive PCB prototypes to low volume production, one-stop PCBA for automotive covers fabrication, component sourcing and assembly under one quality system with full traceability.
Components are sourced exclusively from authorized distributors — including DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, LCSC and others — with full traceable lot records. We do not source from grey-market brokers. Incoming inspection verifies parts against the BOM before they reach the line.
Our engineers cross-reference your BOM for availability and lifecycle status (NRND/EOL) during the quote stage. If a part is scarce or approaching end-of-life, we flag it and suggest drop-in replacements before you commit. For obsolete parts with no direct substitute, we can accommodate customer-consigned components within a partial turnkey model.
There is no MOQ — turnkey prototypes start from one board. The same sourcing, inspection and traceability standards apply to small batches as to volume production, so you can scale without changing supplier or quality documentation.
Turnkey prototype assembly can ship in as fast as 24 hours when components are in stock. Standard turnkey builds take 2–5 business days. Volume production lead times are typically 7–15 business days, depending on component availability and board complexity. The exact turnaround is confirmed in your quote after BOM review.
Yes. Our turnkey service covers all board technologies we manufacture: FR-4, HDI, flex, rigid-flex, metal core and high-frequency. Component sourcing and assembly are handled the same way regardless of board technology — the BOM review and inspection standards do not change.
